NuePrompt ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered platform that enhances user input and generates optimized prompts through our website and browser extension ("Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Account Information: email, name (if using OAuth), profile image (if provided).
  • Usage Data: number of prompts generated, feature usage, plan type (Free / Pro).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device, extension version.
  • Input Text: text you provide when using NuePrompt, processed temporarily to generate enhanced prompts; not stored by default.
  • Payment Data: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Services
  • Generate and improve AI-based suggestions
  • Authenticate and secure user accounts
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, and rate limits
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

Data Protection

We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure infrastructure and access control, use of virtual API keys (real AI keys never exposed to clients), rate-limits and abuse monitoring. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited data with cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel), AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq), payment processors (Stripe), analytics tools for product improvement, and legal authorities if required by applicable law.

Data Retention

  • Account data: stored while your account is active.
  • Logs: stored for approximately 30–90 days.
  • Prompts: not stored by default unless specifically enabled for history or debugging.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
