Introduction

This policy describes when refunds are granted for NuePrompt subscriptions.

Eligible for Refund

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the plan.
  • Technical issues on our side prevented you from using the product and we couldn't resolve them within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges.

Not Eligible

  • Subscription has already been used significantly (e.g., most of the monthly quota is consumed).
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI outputs.
  • Forgetting to cancel your subscription before renewal.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@nueprompt.com. Include your account email and transaction details. Refunds, if approved, typically take 7–10 business days to appear.
